We know that in order to get to a place of better health we need to make lifestyle changes but in order to make those changes last people need to:
- Approach lifestyle change with curiosity and objectivity not with stress, judgement, or an all-or- nothing attitude
- Become familiar with trial and error - find out what works for you and what doesn't

Why is it Important to Support Immune Health?
To most people support immune health is only important if you have a cold. This couldn't be further from the truth.
A poor immune system promotes chronic inflammation which has been linked with so many chronic conditions we see today like autoimmunity, diabetes, heart disease, etc. Once we address our individual root causes of inflammation we begin to see improvements in our health.
How do you Support Immune Health?
There is so much more to supporting your immune system than taking a bunch of antioxidants!
Most of your immune system lives in your gut so it's crucial to address underlying gut issues.
It's also important to address your own personal inflammatory triggers. This looks different for everyone but my include things like high stress, poor sleep, poor diet, household products, water and air quality, etc.
Who is Krissy Carbo?
Krissy Carbo is a registered dietitian (RD) who specializes in functional and integrated medicine, which means helps people get to the root causes of their symptoms so they can experience lifelong improvements in health.
Despite following conventional health & nutrition rules, Krissy was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2015. Since then she has been on a mission to help spread up-to-date and credible nutrition advice that's back by real unbiased science.
Krissy advocates for immune health because all bodily systems are interconnected and effect one another. Chronic inflammation is an immune response that can be triggered by so many different things. Chronic inflammation is also the foundation of many health complications we see today.
By finding out what our own inflammatory triggers are (this is different for everyone) we can better support our immune system, move away from illness, and move toward better health.
